Terms and Conditions

The person making a purchase via the Website will be deemed to have accepted these Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).

You accept total responsibility for the goods purchased by you and you use the goods at your own risk.

All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars and include GST, where GST applies. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time-to-time and without notice to you.

We accept payment various forms of online payment which will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Regardless of your payment method, we will send you a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.

You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery details. Errors may include (but are not limited to); delivery to business premises without providing business/company name, incorrect postcode or suburb, missing unit or level number. Any such errors or omissions in your address details may result in delays or non-delivery of your order and as such you will not be entitled to a refund, store credit or replacement of goods or refund of shipping charges.

If for whatever reason you do not take delivery of your items or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you may be, at our sole discretion, entitled to a store credit (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred) or we can resend your order and you will be responsible to pay for the new delivery charges.

Extra fees charged to you by third party carriers which may include (but are not limited to) carrier parcel storage fees and return to sender charges are the buyer’s whole responsibility.

Any return of goods to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

International shipping refers to orders that do not have an Australian delivery address. Further details are available on our International Shipping page.

Notwithstanding delivery of the Products, title in any particular Products will remain with us until you have paid and discharged any and all monies owing pursuant to any invoice issued by us in relation to the goods, including all applicable GST.

The risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery of the ordered goods to you.

All users are encouraged to act in a polite and fair manner. We have low tolerance for any form of bullying, harassment and discrimination.

If any user does not comply with any of the above we may, without warning, take action and ban said user. This may include any or all of the following: Refuse service, refuse to supply, refuse to communicate, restrict or block user access.

This is a serious step, and repeated breaches may be referred to local or federal police.
