This is an excellent choice if you want to get away from strapped toe clips or clipless pedals. They allow me to retain optimal foot position over the pedal while allowing quick pedal disengagement.

The tubes I purchased were cheap chinese imports and one was split wide open with a 40mm open crack where they were folded to fit into the box. Most dissapointingly, Mr Cycling World were not in a position to simply send out a replacement tube. It ended up costing me three weeks and $31.00 to get back to where I should have been once the items were delivered. C'mon guys, develop substantial professional relationships with suppliers allowing you to support your customers with minimal inconvenience. Really dissapointed.
