No, please don’t ask. Firstly this is illegal in Australia and can lead to heavy penalties. We don’t set the rules, we just follow them. Secondly it will mean the insurance value on the items is under-declared (which can become a problem on the rare occasion that an order is lost/damaged in transit).

Yes, 100%. Our system is set-up to protect you, even to the point where we can’t see your credit card details after you’ve made payment, even if we wanted to. We guarantee every purchase you make through our site, which is protected by SSL encryption technology.
