As a general rule, we do not cancel and refund orders once confirmed. In purchasing from us you are entering into a legally binding contract, such is the nature of the fast-paced eCommerce environment we do not offer a ‘cooling off period’. Our system is set-up such that orders are automatically sent to the warehouse and logistics process immediately upon receipt. If you have purchased a special order item (that is, with an advertised dispatch time of more than 2 business days) that item is ordered in especially for you from our supply chain and it is likely we have already accrued expense in attempting to process your order as quickly as possible.
However, depending on the situation it may be possible to change or edit your order – talk with us and we’ll let you know what we can come up with for you. Most often this may mean you are offered one of the following options: Exchange for something else, or store credit. Do note however that if your order is already packed and/or processed neither option may be possible. Further if you refuse any option provided to you then your original order will be sent as per the terms of sale.
Marketplace buyers please be aware: if you purchased an item from us on a third party marketplace such as eBay or Catch, we are obliged by their systems to ship the item purchased in order to maintain our metrics as a trusted merchant on these platforms. This may mean we are unable to exchange for something else and certainly cannot provide a store credit.
