Factor 12-inch thorn resistant inner tubes are a practical choice for cyclists who want fewer punctures from thorns and thistles. Designed for 12½ x 2¼-inch bicycle tyres, these heavy-duty inner tubes help protect against common causes of flat tyres, making them a useful upgrade for everyday cycling.

If you have a child’s small bike, balance bike or another bicycle fitted with compatible 12-inch tyres, thorn resistant tubes can provide extra peace of mind when cycling in parks, along paths or through areas where prickles and thistles are common. With two inner tubes in the pack, you can fit a fresh pair or keep a spare ready for the next time a puncture strikes.

Extra Protection Against Thorns and Thistles

Standard inner tubes can be vulnerable to sharp thorns and prickles picked up from paths, grass and roadside vegetation. Factor thorn resistant inner tubes feature a heavy-duty construction designed to help reduce punctures from these common hazards, so you can spend less time dealing with flat tyres.

Ideal for 12-Inch Tyres

These inner tubes are made to fit 12½ x 2¼-inch tyres, with a compatible tyre size range of 57/62-203. Check the size printed on your existing tyre before ordering to make sure you select the correct tube for your bicycle. The size is also used on some prams, strollers, joggers, small electric scooters, golf buggies and utility equipment

Standard Schrader Valve

Each tube has a standard Schrader valve, also known as an AV or car-type valve. This familiar valve type is compatible with Schrader bicycle pumps and many standard air pumps, making it straightforward to inflate your tyres at home or while out in use.

Two Tubes in Every Pack

You receive two Factor thorn resistant inner tubes, giving you enough to replace both tubes on a bicycle or keep one as a spare. It is a convenient option for parents maintaining a child’s bike or cyclists who prefer to have a replacement tube on hand rather than wait until a flat tyre needs attention.
