Clarks Brake Inner Cable Wire Stainless Steel W5089SS
- Stainless steel inner wire 1.6mm
- Fits all major systems
- Length: 2000mm (fits front or rear brake)
- Fits most bike types: Road, hybrid, MTB
- Barrel / pear nipple
- 2 Heads on each cable (MTB or Road – one at either end) – cut the part you do not need
- Packaging may vary
Instructions and helpful tips provided by the manufacturer:
- Save old cables for easy reference
- Should new cables require cutting use a good quality tool
- Ensure any burrs on outer are removed and the inner wire can move freely
- Tension wire and tighten bolt at anchorage point
- Trim off leaving 40mm wire extra, fit wire cover, pinch with pliers
- Test brakes before riding
- Clarks cables are safety critical products; fitting by a qualified mechanic is recommended
