Tyre type: Tube Type

A tube-type tyre requires an inner tube to hold air — they can’t be used tubeless. Inner tubes are sold separately unless specifically included. This is the most common setup for everyday bikes and is easy to install or repair if you get a puncture.
Tyre bead: Wire Bead (non-folding)

Wire bead bicycle tyres feature a rigid steel wire in their bead, making them durable and generally more affordable. While they cannot be folded and are heavier than folding tyres, they offer excellent reliability and a wide range of options for everyday riding. Sometimes we ship them in a gentle figure-8 shape — this won’t harm the tyre and it will pop back into shape once fitted.

Hot tip!
Keep your tyres inflated between 55–85 PSI (4–6 Bar) to get the best blend of comfort, grip and puncture protection. Running them a little closer to the middle of that range usually works well for city riding.
