A tube-type tyre requires an inner tube to hold air — they can’t be used tubeless. Inner tubes are sold separately unless specifically included. This is the most common setup for everyday bikes and is easy to install or repair if you get a puncture.
Tyre bead: Wire Bead (non-folding)

Wire bead bicycle tyres feature a rigid steel wire in their bead, making them durable and generally more affordable. While they cannot be folded and are heavier than folding tyres, they offer excellent reliability and a wide range of options for everyday riding. Sometimes we ship them in a gentle figure-8 shape — this won’t harm the tyre and it will pop back into shape once fitted.

These Positz 700 x 28C road / path type tyres fitted up very well and so far have been flawless. I bought them with matched Presta valve tubes that also were simple to install.
They arrived in good time and in good condition.
This is the 4th set of tyres I have purchased from Mr Cycling and it will not be my last. They have a reasonable / sane range across types sizes and uses. Including genuine 27 inch road tyres, and Schwalbes touring tyres. Now my LAST stop when sourcing rubber :)
