A tube-type tyre requires an inner tube to hold air — they can’t be used tubeless. Inner tubes are sold separately unless specifically included. This is the most common setup for everyday bikes and is easy to install or repair if you get a puncture.

The tyres have not yet been fitted to my ebike, but they appear to be of top quality. The tubes appear to be too small in diameter, but I will know when they are fitted.
