Riders on the current-generation DT Swiss Ratchet EXP hub, found across the 180, 240, 350, and 370 series, can move straight onto a SRAM XDR 12-speed drivetrain with this freehub body, no new wheelset required. It’s built for anyone upgrading their groupset, setting up a second wheel for a different bike, or replacing a freehub that’s simply had enough kilometres on it.
Ratchet EXP hubs already run a refined pawl design that cuts drag and tightens up engagement compared to earlier Ratchet Drive systems, and this body carries that straight through to your SRAM cassette. Sprint out of the saddle or punch out of a switchback and the power gets to the rear wheel without the lag that comes from a sloppy freehub.
Swapping it is a simple body-and-bearing job rather than a full hub rebuild, so most riders can have it done at home in the time it takes to strip and refit a cassette.
Compatible with:
- DT Swiss 180, 240, 350, and 370 series Ratchet EXP rear hubs
- SRAM XDR cassette standard, road and gravel
- 12x142mm thru-axle spacing
Kit includes: freehub body and 12x142mm end cap, ready to install.
Whether you’re chasing SRAM’s wide-range gravel cassettes or a tight road block, this is the part that gets your Ratchet EXP hub there while you keep the wheel you already trust.
