I paid for express delivery, and it arrived a day later than advertised. Not a big deal but one of the bottles was crushed in the post and when I contacted them, not much compassion and was told to lodge a claim through AU Post. That’s fair enough but the packing was in a flimsy plastic bag. It could have been sent in a better parcel like other delivers I have received.
